This Spumante Trento DOC Metodo Classico, by Cantina di Trento, is born in the heart of the Trentino Alps, a land renowned for its sparkling wine vocation thanks to the cool climate and moraine soils rich in minerals.

Obtained using the traditional Metodo Classico from selected grapes, predominantly Chardonnay and Pinot Nero, this sparkling wine stands out for its elegant structure and fine, persistent bubbles. The aging on the lees imparts aromatic complexity and creaminess to the sip, which opens with floral notes and fresh fruity hints of green apple and citrus, accompanied by pleasant accents of yeast and almond. The lively and harmonious character makes this Trento DOC ideal to accompany seafood appetizers, fish-based dishes, and fresh cheeses, enhancing every convivial moment with its fresh refinement.

An authentic expression of the Trentino territory that enchants with freshness and finesse.
