The Studio di Studio IGT 2015 produced by Cà Rugate is an exceptionally complex and captivating wine that reflects the excellence of a winery renowned for its dedication to quality and innovation. This wine is a tribute to the rich terroir of the Veneto region, where the vineyards are meticulously cared for using sustainable farming methods.

The wine has a deep ruby-red color with violet hues that light up in the light. On the nose, it is immediately rich and persistent: notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and blackberry, blend with hints of sweet spices, vanilla, and a slightly toasted touch derived from aging in barrique.

On the palate, the Studio di Studio IGT 2015 displays a solid yet harmonious structure. The balance between acidity and tannins is majestic, resulting in a full and velvety sip. The olfactory sensations of fruit and spices are replicated on the palate, enriched by a subtle mineral streak that adds freshness and length to the taste.

This wine has benefited from aging in barrique, which has enhanced its complexity without overpowering the fruity and varietal character of the grapes. It is a wine that, although already expressive at present, will continue to evolve beneficially in the cellar for several more years.

Ideal for pairing with dishes rich in red meats, game, or aged cheeses, the Studio di Studio IGT 2015 by Cà Rugate is a prestigious choice for any collector and aficionado of high-end Italian wines. It invites tasting on special occasions, ensuring a high-profile sensory experience.

Winery history
The Tessari family has been cultivating vineyards in the area for over a century; the Ca' Rugate label first appeared on bottles in 1986. In 2001 Michele Tessari, the fourth generation of the family, launched a project to reorganize the estate and expand the vineyards, and the new winery in Montecchia di Crosara was inaugurated in 2002. Over the years the estate has developed wine‑tourism activities and created a wine museum to tell the family's agricultural history.
Production philosophy
Quality that begins in the vineyard is a priority: sustainable management and low-impact practices to enhance native varieties and the expression of the terroir. Since 2004 the estate has adopted more sustainable agronomic methods and demonstrates a commitment to traceability and preserving the local character. Since 2013 it has been part of Indipendenti del Soave.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are situated on the hills of Val d'Alpone and on land well suited to Soave Classico, Valpolicella and Lessini Durello. The soils have a volcanic and calcareous‑basaltic composition typical of the Soave area; some parcels lie on ridges and terraces with steep slopes and average elevations of around 400–450 meters above sea level.
Awards and recognitions
Numerous national and international awards, including several 'Tre Bicchieri' from the Gambero Rosso guide for the winery's wines, and medals/recognitions at international competitions also dedicated to mountain and heroic wines.
