Descrizione

It shows an intense ruby red color with violet highlights that suggest its youth. On the nose it opens with notes of wild berries and ripe cherry, followed by spicy hints of black pepper and Mediterranean herbaceous touches; in the background there are light floral nuances. The aromatic intensity is clearly defined, without excess, inviting tasting through its olfactory clarity.

On the palate it displays a balanced structure, with medium to full body and measured tannins that support lively, juicy fruit. The finish is saline and pleasantly persistent, with returns of spice and a subtle soft note. It pairs well with grilled red meats, flavorful dishes and semi-hard cheeses; ideal served at around 16-18 °C. Its personality also makes it suitable for informal convivial occasions, offering immediacy and drinking pleasure.
