The Taurasi Riserva DOCG by I Feudali shows a deep ruby colour, tending toward garnet reflections after a period of rest. On the nose it is focused but not overpowering: notes of ripe red fruit emerge, with light hints of sweet spice and a subtle earthy imprint. The balance between the fruity side and the more earthy nuances gives it complexity without feeling heavy. On the palate it displays solid structure, well-integrated tannins and freshness that balances the softness, progressing elegantly to a persistent finish.

Suitable for structured dishes and intense flavours, it can accompany roasts, braised meats or aged cheeses; serve at around 16–18 °C and, if possible, decant before serving to allow the bouquet to open. While remaining immediately enjoyable, it shows characteristics suggesting good cellar potential: it is advisable to keep some bottles and re-taste them over time.
