The Salento Bianco Fiano IGP from Tenuta Serranova - Vallone is a white wine produced in the fertile lands of Salento, a region blessed by the sunshine of southern Italy. This wine exemplifies the art of winemaking through the expert use of the Fiano grape, a historic southern variety that finds one of its finest expressions here.

In the glass, the Salento Bianco Fiano IGP presents a bright straw yellow color, with hints that may shift towards light green, a sign of its freshness and youth. The nose is immediately welcoming, featuring a complex but elegant bouquet, with clear notes of tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango, enhanced by nuances of white flowers and a slight minerality that reflects its terroir.

On the palate, this wine surprises with its perfect balance between acidity and softness. The medium structure is well supported by a lively freshness, making it extremely drinkable and satisfying. The persistent aftertaste echoes the olfactory sensations, leaving a pleasant feeling of cleanliness and an invitation to take another sip.

Meticulously produced by Tenuta Serranova, a winery committed to respecting the rhythms of nature and enhancing the indigenous Apulian varieties, the Salento Bianco Fiano IGP is ideally served with fish dishes, shellfish, and fresh cheeses. It also pairs beautifully with mildly spiced ethnic cuisine, capable of enhancing its intrinsic characteristics.

This wine represents an excellent choice for those who wish to discover Italian indigenous varieties in a modern key, while maintaining a strong connection to the region of origin.
