Distilled twice in copper stills according to traditional methods, this tequila releases an intense aromatic bouquet, with notes of cooked agave, fresh citrus, and a slight hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is smooth and harmonious, with a perfect balance between sweetness and a pleasant herbal freshness, finishing with a persistent and slightly spicy aftertaste. Its aging, although generally short or absent, allows one to appreciate the purity and freshness of the Jalisco territory.
