Clase Azul Añejo comes in a 70cl bottle containing a tequila of the Añejo category. On the nose it shows a balanced profile with delicate notes of vanilla, caramel and a hint of toasted wood, without excess; the body is smooth and the palate progression is linear, with returns of honey and sweet spices. The alcohol is present but integrated, providing structure without overwhelming the subtler aromas.

It is suited to slow tastings, served at room temperature or slightly chilled in tulip or old fashioned glasses; a few drops of water or an ice cube can release additional nuances. It pairs well with cream-based desserts or dark chocolate and can stand in for a contemplative spirit at the end of a meal. Store protected from light with the cap well closed; consume slowly to appreciate its complexity.
