Eztra Añejo presents a warm, measured profile where the character of ripe agave meets the marks of ageing. On the nose there are notes of vanilla, caramel and a subtle spicy hint, balanced by touches of toasted wood and dried fruit; overall it maintains a precise aromatic clarity. The palate is soft and enveloping: the texture is rounded, the heat well judged, with delicate tannins that support the structure without weighing it down. The concentration is calibrated and the finish echoes the same sweet and spicy notes, with a final hint of sweet tobacco.

It is a tequila that demands respect in service: excellent neat at a slightly cool temperature, but it works just as well in cocktails that showcase its complexity. It is best appreciated in a wide or tulip glass to capture its aromas; the 70 cl bottle is well suited both for sharing and as a gift. It pairs with savory dishes such as grilled meats, aged cheeses or caramel-based desserts, where the agave’s sweetness and the spices resonate, offering a balance between softness and character.
