Consumption Neat, cocktail, with lime and salt
In the glass it shows a luminous straw color, just tinged with pale gold. On the nose it reveals a straightforward profile of ripe agave, with vanilla and honey in the background and light notes of wood and caramel; a subtle hint of white pepper and an herbal-balsamic undertone add complexity without weighing it down. The alcohol is well integrated and allows a fresh citrus vibrancy that invites the first sip.

On the palate it displays a soft, rounded texture, enveloping but controlled warmth and a balanced structure: sweetness and savory notes alternate with returns of lemon zest, toasted almond and delicate spices, while the finish remains clean and persistent. Versatile, it stands up well when enjoyed neat or on the rocks and works in refined cocktails; it pairs with flavorful dishes, tapas and not-too-aged cheeses, and is also interesting with caramel-based desserts or dried fruit. Serve slightly chilled.
