Letrari's Teroldego IGT is a red wine that celebrates one of the most characteristic native vines of Trentino-Alto Adige, known for its ability to produce wines with intense colour, rich structure and complex aromas. The Letrari winery, with a history that is deeply intertwined with the winemaking traditions of the region, has been able to enhance the qualities of Teroldego, interpreting it in a modern key without losing sight of the authenticity and expression of the terroir.

Teroldego grows mainly in the Piana Rotaliana, an area which, thanks to its particular geographical conformation and the composition of its soils, is particularly favorable for the cultivation of this vine. Here, the grapes ripen perfectly, developing a rich aromatic profile and good concentration.

The vinification of Teroldego di Letrari follows techniques that aim to preserve the freshness and varietal intensity of the grapes, with a maceration that allows the extraction of color, aromas and tannins in a balanced way. The refinement, partly in steel and partly in wood, helps to round the wine, adding complexity to its profile without overpowering the typicality of the fruit.

Visually, Teroldego IGT has a deep ruby red color, with violet reflections that underline its youth and liveliness. On the nose, the wine offers a broad aromatic spectrum, characterized by notes of red and black fruits, such as blackberries and blueberries, enriched by spicy nuances and a light herbaceous touch, typical of the vine.

In the mouth, Letrari's Teroldego reveals a solid structure, supported by ripe and well-integrated tannins and a fresh acidity that gives dynamism and length to the sip. The aftertaste is persistent, with a pleasant return of the flavors of ripe fruit and spicy notes perceived on the nose.

Ideal in combination with typical dishes of Trentino and South Tyrolean cuisine, such as dumplings, red meats and game, Letrari's Teroldego IGT is a wine that manages to combine intensity and drinkability, offering an authentic and representative tasting experience of one of the symbolic vines of the viticulture of Trentino.
