Teroldego Rotaliano DOC from Gaierhof presents an immediate and well-defined character: an intense ruby color and aromas of ripe red fruits, a touch of plum and pleasant floral and forest-floor notes. The palate is lively and coherent, with freshness that supports the body without being aggressive; the tannins are present but well-rounded, offering a medium-bodied structure and a pleasant persistence that invites a second glass. Overall it is a solid and versatile wine, suitable for both informal meals and more structured dishes; it pairs excellently with cured meats and white meats, moderate roasts, mushrooms and semi-hard cheeses.

It should be served slightly cool, around 16–18 °C, and benefits from a short period of aeration if you prefer to enhance its more complex aromas. A well-balanced Teroldego that delivers immediate satisfaction without artifice.
