Kikè is a pleasantly surprising white wine made from 90% Traminer Aromatico grapes and 10% Sauvignon Blanc. The vineyards are cultivated at about 500 m above sea level, where they enjoy a perfect day/night temperature range, here the grapes can ripen in ideal conditions to develop sugar and fine aromas. The harvest is carried out in August; the fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with subsequent aging of 6 months in the bottle.
You can admire its straw yellow color with golden reflections and enjoy its special bouquet that brings to mind the aromas of spices and candied fruit. The sip is intense and full, punctuated by fruity and floral scents and delicate returns of spices that give complexity.
Kikè is the perfect glass to accompany appetizers, risottos and first courses with a delicate flavor and seafood dishes.
