The Trebbiano Bio Vigna Cavaliere from Tenuta Casali is a white wine made from Trebbiano grapes grown organically. In the glass it shows a pale straw-yellow colour. On the nose are aromas of white-fleshed fruit, citrus zest and white flowers, accompanied by light herbal notes that give a recognizable but unobtrusive aromatic profile. On the palate it shows freshness and balanced acidity, a slim body and a saline sensation that aids drinkability; the finish is clean and pleasantly fluid.

It pairs easily with seafood starters, salads, grilled fish and fresh cheeses, and also works as an aperitif wine. Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, in not-too-wide glasses to preserve aromatic freshness. For storage, keep bottles away from light and temperature swings; it is intended to be enjoyed for its immediacy. A versatile choice for those seeking an everyday white with an organic identity and simple character.

Winery history
Founded by Valerio and Paolo Casali in 1978 to continue the business their grandfather Mario began in the 1940s, Tenuta Casali is today also led by the new generation. The estate has developed its identity by cultivating indigenous grape varieties and reviving historic vineyards in the Mercato Saraceno area.
Production philosophy
The approach is agricultural and focused on protecting the land: "artisan" wines with minimal cellar intervention, hand harvesting, soil care, and targeted experimentation. Time in the vineyard and the cellar is regarded as a fundamental ingredient, with attention to sustainability.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located in the Mercato Saraceno subzone, in the Valle del Savio. The vines grow on river terraces with mixed soils of gravel, sand, marl and clay; the significant diurnal temperature range and proximity to the Apennines contribute to the wines' freshness and intensity.
