The Valpolicella DOC Classico in 375ml format by Speri is a red wine that embodies the elegance and tradition of Valpolicella, one of the most renowned wine-growing areas of the Veneto. The Speri winery, recognized for its dedication to the expression of native vines and for an oenological approach that aims to respect the terroir, offers in this wine a perfect synthesis of the typicality of the region. Produced exclusively with grapes grown in the classic areas of Valpolicella, this wine is a traditional blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara, vines that give character and identity.

Winemaking follows traditional methods, with controlled temperature fermentation to preserve the fruity aromas and freshness of the wine. The refinement, short and mainly in steel, allows the varietal characteristics and typicality of the blend to be kept intact, enhancing the drinkability and accessibility of Valpolicella.

The 375ml format is perfect for those who want to enjoy the quality and pleasure of a Valpolicella Classico in moderate quantities, ideal for an intimate dinner or as a gift for wine enthusiasts who appreciate the possibility of exploring different styles and terroirs without having to open a bottle whole.

Visually, Speri's Valpolicella Classico has a brilliant ruby red color, with purple hues that underline its youth. On the nose, it offers a lively and inviting bouquet, with notes of cherry, berries and a light floral touch, enriched by spicy and earthy nuances that reflect the complexity of the blend and its terroir.

In the mouth, the wine is light but structured, with balanced acidity and soft tannins that underline its ease of drinking. Fresh fruit flavors intertwine with delicate spicy accents, leading to a clean and pleasantly persistent finish.

Ideal in combination with light appetizers, pasta dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses, Speri's Valpolicella DOC Classico in the 375ml format is an excellent choice for those looking for a versatile wine representative of the Venetian winemaking tradition, capable of offering a authentic and pleasant tasting experience.
