The Passito Bianco IGT Panteno, Selezione Torre di Falasco, is born in the enchanting terroir of Valpantena, a cradle dedicated to native Venetian grape varieties capable of expressing elegance and complexity. This wine is made from dried white grapes, a practice that concentrates sugars and intensifies aromas and structure, transforming the Panteno into a sweet passito with a unique character.

On the nose, it opens with fragrances of ripe fruit, highlighting notes of dried apricot, candied figs, and acacia honey, supported by light floral nuances and a typical mineral hint of the territory. On the palate, the scents expand, showing a sweetness balanced by a lively acidity that gives freshness and smoothness. The aging, designed to preserve fragrance and softness, enhances the gustatory complexity, ensuring a satisfying persistence.

Perfect to pair with desserts based on dried fruit, blue cheeses, or simply to enjoy as a meditation wine. A refined interpretation of the Venetian passito tradition.
