Slim, immediate white, it shows lively clarity and straw-colored reflections. The profile is fresh and direct: it recalls gentle citrus, white flowers and an herbaceous accent that gives lift to the sip without weighing it down. The sensation is one of controlled lightness, with lively acidity and a savory quality that supports the mid-palate; the finish stays clean, with modest persistence that invites the next glass. The absence of added sulfites provides a particular aromatic transparency, a quality that requires care in serving and prompt consumption.

Serve cold but not ice-cold: a temperature around 8-10 °C enhances its aromas. It pairs well with seafood crudos, summer salads and fresh cheeses, and stands up to savory starters or dishes based on aromatic herbs. Being without added sulfites, it is recommended to drink it young and to store the bottle in a cool place, limiting exposure to oxygen. A white to be enjoyed immediately, ideal for those seeking an honest, transparent sip without frills.
