On the nose, it opens with fruity notes of small red fruits, such as strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by floral nuances and light mineral sensations. On the palate, it shows a balance between freshness and softness, with a pleasant acidity and a clean finish, ideal to accompany appetizers, fish dishes, and light white meats.
