The Verdicchio di Jesi DOC Capofila from Vicari offers a balanced, recognizable profile among Italian white wines. Visually it shows a bright straw‑yellow color; on the nose there are notes of green apple, citron and a slight fresh almond that blends with floral nuances. On the palate it displays good acidity that supports the body, with sensations of white‑fleshed fruit, a touch of citrus and a saline finish that eases drinking. The structure remains restrained but well defined, suited to consumption without extended development to retain primary freshness.

It is a versatile table wine: it pairs with simple fish dishes, seafood soups, light white meats and fresh cheeses. It is recommended to serve it around 10–12 °C, in wide glasses to enhance the aromas. For those who wish, it can accompany informal meals or be offered as an aperitif; its expression remains frank and immediate without requiring long cellar time.
