The Verdicchio di Jesi DOC Superiore labeled S.Antonucci for Santa Barbara is a white wine with a clear, restrained profile. On the nose there are notes of white-fleshed fruit and citrus, with a hint of fresh herbs and a mineral character that supports the ensemble without dominating. On the palate it is balanced, with noticeable acidity and a medium to long persistence that keeps the sip lively and clean.

It pairs well with fish dishes, shellfish, vegetable preparations and fresh cheeses; it can also work as an aperitif for those who prefer unobtrusive wines. Store in a cool, sheltered place; serve at a moderate temperature, around 10–12 °C, to appreciate its aromas and balance. The information provided refers to the denomination and producer indicated on the label; for specific details about vinification or vintage consult the winery's technical sheet.

Production philosophy
Passion and innovation, respect for the land and grapes. The estate often makes experimental yet drinkable wines: “to make the wine that I like first of all, a wine for the drinker.” Organic practices are used for some labels, including Back to Basics.
