The Verdicchio di Matelica DOCG Riserva Cambrugiano from Belisario shows a restrained, fine aromatic profile typical of Riserva expressions of the denomination. In the glass it displays a bright straw-yellow color; on the nose there are aromas of white-fleshed fruit, ripe citrus and delicate floral hints, accompanied by almond undertones and mineral notes. On the palate it offers a saline texture and balanced acidity that support a somewhat fuller structure than base versions, with a persistent, clean finish.

Suitable for more structured seafood dishes, shellfish and fish-based preparations, it also pairs well with delicate white meats and semi-aged cheeses. Serve at around 10–12 °C and open the bottle shortly before service to allow the aromatic range to unfold. Stored in a cool, dark place, it can retain its qualities and develop slowly over time.
