"Camminera is the path that runs along the vineyards, but which for some is certainly the gateway to a magical world."
Grapes selected from the best vineyards of the estate. Obtained with cold maceration thus allowing the skins to ripen. This is followed by a soft pressing and natural cold decantation. It closes the production cycle with 6 months of aging on the fine lees to obtain an important structure.
Straw yellow colors and greenish reflections, with hints of rock salt, citrus fruits and white peaches. On the palate it is sapid and slightly bitter.
It goes nicely with fish-based dishes and aperitifs, and good sushi.
