The Vermentino Numero Chiuso Colli di Luni DOC from Lunae offers a fresh, Mediterranean profile with a discreet, pleasant character suitable for everyday drinking. On the nose there are notes of white flowers, aromatic herbs and a faint presence of white-fleshed fruit; the freshness is balanced, not excessive, making the wine suitable for various pairings. The structure is lean, the finish saline and unobtrusive, inviting sipping without tiring the palate.

It is recommended to serve slightly chilled, alongside seafood starters, more delicate fish dishes, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses; versatility is one of its strengths. It is intended to be enjoyed young, before primary aromas evolve over time. With this Vermentino Lunae offers a wine that speaks of immediacy and pleasantness, suitable for those looking for an honest, unpretentious white and for those wishing to discover the typical characteristics of the Colli di Luni denomination.
