With a bright ruby red color, it presents intense aromas recalling notes of vanilla, cinnamon, quinine, and a hint of candied citrus, giving the product an enveloping and seductive olfactory complexity. The aging takes place according to traditional methods, which allow the aromas to blend perfectly without ever becoming excessive.
On the palate, it is smooth, with a balanced structure and a pleasant almond-like persistence. Excellent to enjoy neat, with ice, or as an ingredient in classic cocktails, it pairs wonderfully with salty snacks or dishes based on white meats and aged cheeses. A true symbol of the Italian drinking culture.

Distillation
Differentiated techniques depending on the product: distillation of vinacce for grappe; botanical maceration/extraction followed by distillation/blending for amari and vermouth; double distillation declared for Gin Bacûr; distillation in pot stills for cachaça; vodka produced through multiple distillation stages (multiple passes declared for some references).
Ageing
Some reserve grappe undergo wood ageing (barrique) which imparts colour and complexity; the company uses ageing in barrels/barriques for its oaked references.
