The Vermouth Rosso de Mayo Giovannoni enchants with its refined interpretation of an Italian classic. Produced in the historic region of central Italy, this vermouth is born from the infusion of fine local wines with a careful selection of aromatic herbs and spices, the result of traditional knowledge passed down with passion. The result is an intense and deep ruby red color, accompanied by a complex aromatic bouquet where notes of rhubarb, cinnamon, and vanilla delicately intertwine with hints of citrus and Mediterranean spices.

The palate is enveloping, soft, and slightly sweet, with a balanced structure that invites sip after sip. Aging in oak barrels helps to integrate the flavors with a light tannic persistence, typical and well harmonized. This vermouth is magnificent as a refined aperitif, but equally expressive when paired with classic cocktails or accompanied by cured meats and aged cheeses.
