The Vermouth Rosso of Sei un Vermut, produced by Cantina Colosi, is born in the heart of Sicily, a land dedicated to native grape varieties and Mediterranean aromas. Made with a base of local wine skillfully flavored with precious botanicals, this vermouth expresses a enveloping balance between sweetness and spicy intensity. Visually, it presents a deep ruby color, while on the nose it offers fragrant notes of aromatic herbs, sweet spices, and hints of citrus and bitter roots. On the palate, it is soft and persistent, with a pleasant freshness balanced by a slightly bitter finish, typical of the Italian vermouth tradition revisited with a Sicilian twist.
