After the fall of the Malatesta, in the castle of Coriano, the Sassatelli succeeded and it is to them that Tenuta Santini dedicates this wine.
A glass produced with 50% Chardonnay and 50% Trebbiano grapes, vinified in all phases in steel.
Those who know and are used to the style of the red wines produced by the company will be a little surprised, but after the first sip they will certainly appreciate this delicate product both on the nose and on the palate!
An excellent white wine, with a straw yellow color. An easy-to-drink sip that lends itself well to being at the table every day, particularly in combination with an inviting grilled blue fish.
