A wine with a genuine, simple and flowing character produced with Nebbiolo and Barbera grapes. The vinification involves a maceration of about 12 hours and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After resting on the lees for about 3 months, the wine can be bottled.
It shows itself in a light and bright blush pink colour. The nose is captivated by its fresh fruity aromas of wild strawberries and cherries. The taste is in perfect harmony with the nose, with the freshness given by the sapidity of the tannin typical of Nebbiolo.
An extremely fresh glass, particularly easy to drink, excellent when young; in combinations it proves to be very versatile, in fact perfect as an aperitif and with appetizers, excellent with fish dishes, white meats and poultry.
