Let yourself be seduced by the Sparkling Rosé Wine "Miravento" produced by the renowned Vallebelbo winery, located in the heart of the Langhe, a prestigious wine-producing region in Piedmont. With a history of passion and dedication to viticulture, Vallebelbo offers this explosive expression of freshness and liveliness through Miravento.

This sparkling rosé is mainly made from Barbera and Nebbiolo grapes, carefully harvested and selected. The wine exhibits a bright pink color, symbolizing youth and vitality. On the nose, Miravento surprises with its sophisticated notes of strawberry, raspberry, and a light floral fragrance reminiscent of rose and wisteria, enriched by a subtle hint of yeast due to the short fermentation in bottle.

On the palate, the liveliness of the effervescence caresses with a soft and pleasantly harmonious texture, balanced by good acidity that renders each sip fresh and persistent. The finish is pure and charming, with a lingering aftertaste that recalls red fruits and a delicate citrus note.

Recommended as an aperitif, the Sparkling Rosé Wine "Miravento" from Vallebelbo pairs wonderfully with light dishes such as summer salads, seafood appetizers, and fresh cheeses. It is also an excellent companion for conversations on warm summer evenings or to celebrate special occasions.

Thanks to its liveliness and elegance, Miravento represents an authentic expression of the Piedmontese terroir, offering an exhilarating and refreshing tasting experience.
