Distillation
Double distillation on copper column stills (Vendome Copper & Brass Works equipment); process focused on producing a clean distillate while maintaining the desired flavor profile.
Ageing
Age-to-taste maturation in new American oak barrels; barrels are seasoned before use, char level is selected to develop vanilla notes, and barrels are rotated manually to even out exposure to temperature variations. Typically the whiskey reaches the desired profile in about 6–7 years.
