A whisky that presents the unmistakable signature of Pedro Ximénez wood: on the nose it is warm and enveloping, with notes of ripe dried fruit — figs and raisins — integrated with burnt honey, caramel and a hint of dark chocolate. The olfactory texture is dense but well balanced, where sweet spices and a pleasant vanilla from the long maturation don’t overpower the subtle freshness that maintains its equilibrium. You can sense care and depth, a soft but not trivial character.

On the palate the sip is round and warming, with an almost silky consistency: the sweet tones blend with light tannic notes and a persistence that evokes stewed fruit and cocoa. Those who enjoy structured spirits will appreciate it neat or with a drop of water to open up its profiles; it pairs successfully with dark chocolate, desserts based on dried fruit or aged cheeses, offering a long, drying finish that invites a second glass.
