Whisky Cask Strength 70cl - Amrut is an intense and authentic journey into the heart of the Indian whisky tradition, produced in the Bangalore region of Karnataka. Made from selected malted barley, this spirit best expresses the unique character of the Indian terroir thanks to an aging process in ex-bourbon oak barrels, without any subsequent dilution, which gives it extraordinary power and richness of aromas.

On the nose, notes of vanilla, ripe fruit, sweet spices, and an elegant touch of peat are perceived, intertwined with deeper and warmer notes of wood and black pepper. On the palate, the robust, vigorous, and enveloping structure enhances a balance between sweetness, warmth, and a surprising mineral freshness, typical of the Indian climate and aging. The finish is long and persistent, with a spicy return that leaves a decisive imprint.

Ideal to be savored neat, in small sips, it pairs well with spicy Indian cuisine dishes or smoked meats, enhancing every tasting with a memorable sensory experience.
