The Whisky Corn 100% Straight Corn by Platte Valley is born in the heart of the American Midwest, in a region renowned for the production of high-quality corn. This distillate is made exclusively with 100% corn, giving the product a unique and authentic character, true to the tradition of overseas corn whiskies.
The aging process takes place in toasted oak barrels, which impart to the whisky soft and enveloping notes of vanilla and caramel, accompanied by delicate hints of sweet corn and light spices. On the nose, it reveals an intense and clean olfactory profile, with a balance that enhances the purity of the corn. On the palate, it is warm, harmonious, with a pleasant persistence evoking aromas of toasted bread and a light herbal scent.
