Distilled following artisanal methods, this whisky pays tribute to the courage and determination of those who, during Prohibition, continued to produce and distribute alcohol despite heavy risks.
This edition has an alcohol content of 50%, higher than average, which accentuates its intensity and rich aromatic complexity. On the nose, notes of vanilla and toffee emerge, wrapped in hints of citrus and delicately balanced spices. On the palate, it presents itself as round, with a nice balance between the sweetness of malt and the spicy warmth of oak. The finish is long and smooth, with a lingering aftertaste reminiscent of chocolate and smoked wood.
