The Whisky Rye of Few is born in the heart of Illinois, an emerging region for quality craft spirits, celebrating the American tradition of rye whisky. Characterized by a robust and complex profile, this Rye uses a fine blend of rye, corn, and barley, carefully fermented and distilled. The aging takes place in American oak barrels, which impart harmonious notes of vanilla, spices, and a hint of toasted wood.

On the nose, it opens with intense hints of black pepper, cinnamon, and a touch of honey, accompanied by light hints of dried fruit. On the palate, it reveals a full and warm body, with a perfect balance between the characteristic spiciness of rye and buttery sweetness, culminating in a persistent and spicy finish.

It pairs beautifully with smoked meat dishes, aged cheeses, and classic cocktails such as the Manhattan, highlighting the versatility of this craft whisky.
