The Single Malt whisky The High Priestess presents an intense but measured aromatic profile: it recalls ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, acacia honey and a subtle vanilla that enfolds without weighing it down. There is a slightly spicy note suggesting white pepper and citrus zest, accompanied by a hint of delicate smoke that enriches the picture without dominating. You perceive a fine balance between freshness and warmth, which makes the sip immediate yet complex, with a silky texture that invites further tastings.

Savory and well balanced, it shows medium body and a pleasant tannic softness; the persistence is lively and returns to sweet and toasted hints. The finish is clean but not excessively long, with a warm thread that leaves room for citrus echoes. It is best enjoyed neat or with a drop of water to open its more hidden tones, and in a tulip glass to channel the aromas. Ideal for contemplative after-dinner moments, it pairs judiciously with dark chocolate, aged cheeses or roasted white meats, without overpowering them.
