This excellent whisky produced by Caol Ila is an exclusive selection curated by Wilson & Morgan, famous independent bottlers. Distilled on the rugged coasts of Islay in Scotland, the Caol Ila 10-21 is matured in Bourbon Hogshead casks for a period varying between 10 and 21 years, giving the spirit a unique complexity and depth.
It presents with a bright and clear golden color, typical of bourbon cask aging. On the nose, it offers an intriguing bouquet of well-balanced smoky notes with hints of ripe fruit, vanilla, and light spices.
