The Wisky Single Malt Vin Jaune 9Yo of BM Signature is born from the extraordinary meeting between the Scottish tradition of single malt whisky and the elegance of Vin Jaune, a rare oxidative wine from the Jura. Produced with great care, this whisky ages for 9 years, enhancing the robust and complex character of the pure malt. The maturation in casks previously used for Vin Jaune gives it a unique aromatic profile, with notes of nuts, sweet spices, and a slight oxidized touch, reminiscent of the typical nuances of the French wine.

On the palate, it reveals itself to be smooth yet enveloping, with a perfect balance between the richness of the malt and the persistent finish, characterized by a delicate sapidity and a hint of vanilla. Perfect to sip neat, it is also suitable to accompany aged cheeses or elaborate desserts, offering a sensory experience that captures the essence of two territories of excellence.
