Zibibbo DOC Don Achille 50cl by Abraxas is an aromatic white wine with a clear, approachable profile. On the nose it opens with notes of fresh citrus, white flowers and light hints of yellow-fleshed fruit; these elements blend in balance without being showy. On the palate it shows a slender structure, pleasant dryness and a freshness that supports drinkability; the finish is clean and leaves a light sensation that invites a second glass.

It works well as an aperitif and pairs with simple fish dishes, salads, starters and fresh cheeses; its versatility makes it suitable for informal lunches as well as light evening meals. We recommend serving it chilled, around 8–10 °C, in not too large glasses to preserve the aromas. The 50 cl bottle is practical for smaller consumption or for those who want a controlled portion, offering an immediate, unpretentious experience.
