The story
Ca' Bosca grew out of Mats and Daniela’s passion for nature. The project took shape in 2020 with the planting of a vineyard in the hills near Bologna.
Production philosophy
The winery seeks authentic wines rooted in their terroir and takes an approach inspired by biodynamic methods. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermentations are spontaneous. The wines are unclarified, unfiltered and not chemically treated.
