Winery Chavost

Chavost originated as a growers' cooperative in Chavot‑Courcourt; cited sources report the cooperative was established in 1946 and describe a process of renewal of the company's identity and product offering in recent years.

Low-intervention winemaking and careful vinification that favors natural fermentations; many labels are offered as Brut Nature and some cuvées are vinified without the addition of sulfites. In recent years the focus has shifted toward sustainability and practices that are more respectful of the land.

Located in the commune of Chavot‑Courcourt, in the heart of Champagne near Épernay, the vineyards are situated on typically calcareous‑clayey soils characteristic of the area.
