Giorgio Meletti Cavallari grew up in the Bolgheri wine scene and established his own estate in the Bolgheri area. Over time he has developed vineyards on various exposures along the Via Bolgherese and has complemented his winemaking activities with a hospitality/agritourism project.

A focus on showcasing the Bolgheri territory and producing terroir-driven wines: controlled fermentations and targeted aging to express freshness and aromatic clarity, with attention to the winery's functionality and hospitality.
