Professor's Vermouth Bianco, presented in elegant 75cl bottles, is an exquisite tribute to the art of traditional vermouth blending. Produced by the renowned Vermouth & Spirits Del Professore house, this white vermouth stands out for its unique character and aromatic complexity.

A handcrafted creation, Professor's Vermouth Bianco uses only the finest white wines as its base. Added to these are infusions and distillates of aromatic herbs and spices carefully selected for their aroma and quality. Among the botanicals, vibrant notes of wormwood, lemongrass, cinnamon, and cloves emerge, blending beautifully with the delicate citrus nuances.

Visually, it has a light straw yellow color, while its aroma seduces with scents of white flowers combined with a vibrant freshness of citrus and a subtle touch of vanilla. On the palate, Professor's Vermouth Bianco is smooth yet complex, with an impeccable balance between sweetness and bitterness, characterized by a pleasant aromatic persistence.

It is recommended to serve Professor's Vermouth Bianco chilled as an aperitif, or to use it as a sophisticated ingredient in both classic and innovative cocktails. Its versatility makes it ideal for experimenting with new drink compositions, elevating every recipe to a higher level of elegance and flavor.

This vermouth is an excellent choice for fans of artisanal beverages and vermouth connoisseurs, promising to enrich any spirit collection with its classic charm and impeccable quality. A true delight for the most refined palates.
