The New Day IGT, produced by the Il Palagio winery, owned by the renowned singer-songwriter Sting, represents one of the finest expressions of creativity and passion in both music and the world of winemaking. This Limited Edition captures the essence of the picturesque Tuscan region, skillfully blending selected grape varieties with winemaking methods that honor tradition while embracing innovation.

Dressed in a deep ruby red color, the New Day IGT reveals a complex and inviting bouquet of ripe red fruits on the nose, with notes of sweet spices and a subtle hint of tobacco and dark chocolate, the result of barrel aging. On the palate, the wine is structured and balanced, with elegant tannins and a persistent freshness that promises excellent longevity. Notes of cherry, plum, and vanilla merge into a long and pleasantly aromatic finish.

Produced in limited quantities, each bottle of New Day IGT is a tribute to the care and attention to detail that Il Palagio, under Sting's artistic vision, dedicates to producing wines of excellence. It is ideal for accompanying special moments, perhaps paired with rich dishes such as red meat roasts, aged cheeses, or complex dishes that require a characterful wine.

A true gem for collectors and wine lovers, the New Day IGT Limited Edition is not only a pleasure for the palate but also a piece of history of Italian music and wine encapsulated in a bottle.
