The Offida DOCG Pecorino di Villa Angela, produced by the renowned Velenosi cellars, is a sublime example of the refined terroir of the Marche region. This white wine is made from the Pecorino variety, an indigenous grape that has regained unexpected fame thanks to its ability to fully express the complexity of its place of origin.

The wine has a light straw color, enriched by almost greenish hues that herald its freshness and vibrancy. On the nose, it is complex and intensely aromatic, characterized by notes of ripe fruit such as peach and green apple, balanced by subtle touches of aromatic herbs and white flowers, which give it a pleasant complexity.

On the palate, the Offida Pecorino of Villa Angela surprises with its balanced marriage of acidity and structure. Freshness is the cornerstone around which a persistent taste and an almost creamy texture revolve, concluding with a pleasantly long and savory finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with dishes based on fish, crustaceans, and mollusks, but it is equally exceptional with fresh cheeses and light appetizers. Its versatility also makes it an excellent companion for spicy ethnic cuisine, where its characteristics manage to balance the aromatic profile of the dishes.

Wine lovers seeking an elegant and distinctive white will find in the Offida DOCG Pecorino di Villa Angela an excellent choice, which tells the richness and peculiarity of its place of origin. A bottle to be savored on special occasions or gifted to enthusiasts of unique and regionally expressive wines.
