On the palate, the balance is impeccable with a well-defined tannic structure that promises excellent aging potential. Taste-wise, the Barbaresco DOCG Gallina offers a rich and layered flavor with hints of ripe red fruits and a persistent aftertaste that finishes with notes of damp earth and tobacco. The Magnum version, ideal for connoisseurs, ensures a slower and more harmonious evolution of the wine. Perfect to serve with red meats, mushroom-based dishes, and aged cheeses, it promises a deeply authentic and enriching tasting experience.
