A Spumante Trento DOC Classic Method produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes, cultivated partly with Trentino pergola and partly with guyot, united by a skilful processing capable of giving life to an extremely versatile and elegant wine. After harvesting, the grapes are softly squeezed, the must is then left to ferment partly in steel and partly in small oak barrels. The cuvée is created dafter 8 months maturation; subsequently the wine rests for a period of about 36 months on the lees.
It has a deep and brilliant straw yellow color with an intense and fine perlage. The olfactory profile has rather marked yeasts, with a slight hint of sulfur followed by hints of citrus and notes of fresh field flowers. A decisive and full sip, even if tending towards dry and fresh. The finish is particularly long and persistent.
An excellent aperitif glass, it is also recommended with first courses seasoned with light sauces and fish-based dishes.
