Spumante Extra Brut Arunda is a Cuvee made with grapes from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines vinified in white grown on land that includes limestone and porphyry areas. The vinification involves fermentation on the lees for a period of 24-30 months and aging up to 2 years after disgorgement.
When poured, it has a brilliant straw yellow color, with an extraordinary fine and persistent perlage. The nose explodes rich floral scents accompanied by toasted notes of bread crust. The sip is in perfect harmony with the bouquet.
A particularly drinkable sparkling wine, perfect as an aperitif or in combination with appetizers and seafood dishes.
