The grapes, carefully selected in the vineyard during the harvest, are subsequently de-stemmed and checked with equal rigor with a cutting-edge technological system, namely the selection of Vistalys optical berries.
The grapes are then left to macerate for 2 weeks in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24-28 ° C, to obtain structure and color. After a maximum of 4 weeks of maceration, 60% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 6 months, while the remaining 40% is aged in stainless steel tanks.
A wine with a burgundy red color with cherry reflections. On the nose it expresses an inebriating and seductive scent of strawberry and plum juice, delicately blended with aromatic hints of red paprika and cardamom. On the palate it is balanced, with juicy tannins and a non-invasive acidity, and a finish with a very tasty plum return.
Bringing a wine produced in Chile to the table certainly does not happen every day, your guests will be delighted by the idea of being able to taste it and even more satisfied after tasting it. An excellent Chilean wine paired with grilled meat dishes, well-seasoned first courses and medium-aged cheeses.
