The Franciacorta DOCG Brut by Nitens, offered in Magnum format by the renowned Le Marchesine winery, is a sparkling treasure that embodies the excellence of Lombard viticulture. This sparkling wine, meticulously produced according to the classic method, celebrates the harmony of Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, and Pinot Bianco, carefully selected from the finest vineyards of Franciacorta.

Visually, it presents a delicate straw yellow color, crossed by fine and persistent bubbles that hint at the quality and care in production. On the nose, the Franciacorta DOCG Brut by Nitens expresses a sophisticated bouquet: notes of green apple, citrus, and a slight touch of toast, thanks to the maturation on the lees for over 24 months. This olfactory complexity translates into a persistent and stimulating freshness.

On the palate, balance is the key word. The acidity is well balanced by the creaminess of the bubbles, creating a velvety sensation that accompanies the freshness of citrus and the finesse of white-fleshed fruits. The tasting experience concludes with a clean finish and a pleasant aromatic persistence that invites another sip.

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs splendidly with delicate fish dishes, light appetizers, and can surprisingly accompany sushi and sashimi, enhancing their delicate flavors.

The Magnum format (1.5 liters) not only ensures better wine evolution but also makes it an undeniable protagonist for celebrations and special occasions, where style and elegance wish to be fully expressed. A prestigious addition to any wine collection, the Franciacorta DOCG Brut by Nitens is a shining example of how tradition and quality can blend into a glass of rare pleasure.
