The Barolo Chinato Antica Ricetta by Cocchi represents a true gem in the world of wine-based aromatized beverages. Produced in the prestigious Barolo area, this liqueur is the result of a masterful combination of noble Barolo wine and an infusion of herbs and spices, based on a traditional recipe that dates back to the late 19th century.

The Barolo Chinato by Cocchi is distinguished by its intense color, a deep garnet red that foreshadows its aromatic richness. On the nose, it opens with a complex bouquet in which notes of cinchona, cardamom, blood orange, and cloves stand out, enriched by an undertone of vanilla and cocoa that adds depth and warmth.

On the palate, the flavor is elegantly balanced between the robust tannins of the Barolo and the moderate sweetness of the botanical aromas. The structure is refined, with perfect harmony between the alcohol and aromas, resulting in a long and enduring finish with nuances of aromatic herbs and a slightly bitter aftertaste that invites another sip.

Ideal as a digestive after dinner, the Barolo Chinato by Cocchi can also be served as an aperitif, perhaps accompanied by dark chocolate or aged cheeses. Its versatility also makes it an excellent ingredient for innovative cocktails, capable of adding a distinctive and sophisticated note.

With its 50cl bottle, the Barolo Chinato Antica Ricetta by Cocchi is a prized choice for lovers of quality liqueurs and Piedmontese traditions, a refined gift for connoisseurs, and a must-have in the collections of those who are passionate about special wines and spirits.
